To use SableCAD, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

The SableCAD software, including its design engine, rendering systems, user interface, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by SableCAD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
You retain full ownership of all designs, drawings, models, and other content you create using SableCAD. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep SableCAD available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of SableCAD is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
SableCAD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SableCAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to SableCAD at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of SableCAD after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
